What data we handle
Only what you send us by email or on social media: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and details about your project. This website has no forms, no sign-up and no analytics tools.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and, if we work together, manage the job and invoicing.
Legal basis
Your consent when you write to us and, where applicable, the performance of the service contract and compliance with tax obligations.
How long we keep it
For as long as we work together and then for as long as the law requires (for example, tax rules). Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted after one year.
Who we share it with
No one, unless required by law. The company that hosts the website acts as a data processor, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to hola@mflxstudio.com. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
